◾ 12वीं मूल प्रमाण पत्र

◾ स्नातक अंकपत्र

◾ स्नातक मूल प्रमाण पत्र या औपबंधिक प्रमाण पत्र (अगर नहीं है तो नहीं ले जाना है)

◾स्नातकोत्तर अंक पत्र (11-12 के लिये)

◾ स्नातकोत्तर मूल प्रमाण पत्र या औपबंधित प्रमाण पत्र ( 11-12 के लिये) (अगर नहीं है तो नहीं ले जाना है)

◾ B.Ed/D.El.Ed अंकपत्र

◾ B.Ed/D.El.Ed मूल प्रमाण पत्र या औपबंधिक प्रमाण पत्र (अगर नहीं है तो नहीं ले जाना है)

◾ जाति प्रमाण पत्र (आरक्षित अभ्यर्थी के लिए)

◾ आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र (आरक्षित अभ्यर्थी के लिए)

◾ दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्र (PH अभ्यर्थी के लिए)

◾ स्वतंत्रता सेनानी प्रमाण पत्र (स्वतंत्रता सेनानी अभ्यर्थी के लिए)

◾ मूल आधार कार्ड एवं आधार कार्ड में जो मोबाइल नंबर लिंक है वह मोबाइल भी लेकर जाना होगा। उस पर वेरिफिकेशन के लिए OTP आएगा जो वहाँ बताना होगा।

 




◾ अभ्यर्थी का 4 फोटो

◾ CTET/STET का अंक पत्र

◾ CTET का प्रमाण पत्र (अगर नहीं है तो नहीं ले जाना है)

◾ State Bank का Cheque Book या Passbook

◾ PAN Card

◾ BPSC TRE 3.0 Admit Card

◾ BPSC TRE 3.0 का आवेदन प्रपत्र (आवेदन करते समय जो मिला था)
