परीक्षा में इस एजेंसी द्वारा प्रश्न पत्रों की पुनरावृत्ति की गई
बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति ने कार्रवाई करने की सिफारिश की थी
शिक्षा विभाग ने नियोजित शिक्षकों की सक्षमता परीक्षा लेने वाली एजेंसी डिजिटल सर्विस लिमिटेड, चेन्नई को ब्लैकलिस्ट कर दिया है। इस एजेंसी का एकरारनामा भी रद कर दिया गया है। विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव डा एस. सिद्धार्थ के आदेश पर यह कार्रवाई की गयी है। नियोजित शिक्षकों के लिए आयोजित की गई सक्षमता परीक्षा में एजेंसी की ओर से गड़बड़ी की गयी थी। शिक्षा विभाग ने अपने आदेश में कहा है कि एम/ एस एसआइएफवाइ डिजिटल सर्विस लिमिटेड, चेन्नई द्वारा विभाग के साथ किए गए एक एकरारनामा को तत्काल प्रभाव से रद किया गया है। साथ ही इस एजेंसी को काली सूची में डाल दिया गया है। आदेश में कहा गया है कि स्थानीय निकाय के शिक्षकों की साक्षमता परीक्षा 2024 में इस एजेंसी द्वारा प्रश्न पत्रों की पुनरावृत्ति की गई। साथ ही अन्य गड़बड़ी भी की गई। इस संबंध में बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति के परीक्षा नियंत्रक ने परीक्षा एजेंसी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने की सिफारिश की थी। जिसके बाद एजेंसी से स्पष्टीकरण की मांग की गई थी।
राज्य शिक्षा शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद एवं बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति की रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि इस एजेंसी द्वारा भ्रामक तथ्य प्रस्तुत किए गए। साथ ही शिक्षा शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए प्रश्न कोड को बदला गया, साफ्टवेयर में गड़बड़ी की गई।
