मैंने ट्रांसफर फॉर्म को देखा है इसलिए अप्लाई करने से पहले फॉर्म को अध्ययन करने पर निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं पर मेरी दृष्टि गई(विशेष कर पुरुष शिक्षकों के लिए)
(1) आपका स्थाई निवास जिस अनुमंडल में है आवेदन हेतु वो अनुमंडल का विकल्प नहीं मिलेगा।
(2) आपका पोस्टिंग जिस अनुमंडल में है आवेदन हेतु वो अनुमंडल का भी विकल्प नहीं मिलेगा।
(3) यदि आप विवाहित हैं एवं पत्नी जॉब में नहीं भी है, तो ससुराल जिस अनुमंडल में है वो अनुमंडल का विकल्प भी नहीं मिलेगा।
(4) यदि आप विवाहित हैं और पत्नी भी जॉब(कोई भी जॉब जैसे शिक्षक या अन्य कोई भी जॉब) में है तो पत्नी का पोस्टिंग वाला अनुमंडल का विकल्प भी नहीं मिलेगा।
उपर्युक्त चारो विकल्प वाले अनुमंडल को छोड़ कर 10 अनुमंडल चयन करना है।
